Weyand, age 50, who has managed the Longview auto park for four summers, dropped dead at his work in the Long-Bell mills Wednesday afternoon. He is survived by his widow and by a sister, Mrs. E. A. Convis of Longview, and by a brother and sister in the east.

Weyand, manager of the Longview auto park, who died suddenly Wednesday, were held this afternoon at the Backeberg parlors here, with interment in the Longview cemetery. Rev. E. H. Gebert preached the sermon. Longview Elks were pallbearers and conducted the Elks' ritualistic services at the grave.
