Starkey, Deceased, To Eliza J. Starkey, Ida C. Dennis, Mara B. Starkey and John B. Starkey, You are hereby notified that on the 24th day of July A.D. 1897, an instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of John D. Starkey late of Benton Township, in said County, deceased, was produced in open court and an application to admit the same to Probate, was on the same day made in said court, Said application will be for hearing before this Court, on the 3rd day of August A.D. 1897, at 10 o'clock A. M. B. B. Riason Probate Judge. Dated at Logan, Ohio, this 26th day of July A. D. 1897.
