St. Joseph News-Press, St. Joseph, Missouri, August 27, 1924, Page 6, Col. 3: Died At The Age Of 77. Mrs. Anna Holman, Native of Sweden, Had Lived in St. Joseph Fifty-Three Years. Mrs. Ann Holman, seventy-seven years old, widow of Charles Holman, died at 11:15 o'clock last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Leo Knaebel, 3012 Sylvanie street. Mrs. Holman was a native of Sweden and came to this country when she was seventeen years old. She had been a resident of St. Joseph fifty-three years. Besides the daughter at whose home she died, Mrs. Holman is survived by six other daughters and three sons. They are Mrs. A. E. Hammer, Newman Grove, Neb., Mrs. G. A. Drinkard, Buffalo, N.Y.; Mrs. E. C. Johnson, Kansas City, Mrs. J. D. Buchanan, Omaha, Mrs. William Vawter and Mrs. Joseph Hudsonpiller, J. O. and O. W. Holman, St. Joseph and Clarence Holman, Buffalo, N.Y.
