Fairfield Daily Ledger, Fairfield, Iowa, Wednesday, January 9, 1929, Page 6, Col. 3: Hugh Allerdice of Richland who passed away at the Mt. Pleasant hospital Friday night and was brought to Pleasant Plain Monday and interment was in the friends cemetery at this place. Mr. Allerdice was a resident here for several years. The family has the sympathy of this community in their bereavement.
