Doniphan---Funeral Service for Miss Mary Evelyn Clark, who died early Jan. 23 in Doctor's Regional in Poplar Bluff, are scheulded to take place Sunday, Jan. 27, in the First Baptist Church in Myrtle, Mo. Burial will be in the Myrtle Cemetery and officiating will be the Rev. P. O. Freeman of Thayer. Miss Clark was born Oct. 13, 1913 in Oklahoma and had made her home most of her life in Thayer and in Myrtle. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Thayer. She was admitted to Doctor's Hospital on Jan. 21 and although she had been in failing health for a number of years, death was sudden. She had been spending the winter with her cousin Mrs. Henry Roberts, Route 1. In addition to Mrs. Roberts, also surviving are her step mother, Mrs. T. W. Plemister of Fort Worth, Tex., a half sister, Mrs. Rube Lee Hirkode of Fort Worth, and two half brothers, James O. Clark of Fort Worth and Charles Lynn Clark of Washington, D. C.
