Emma was born December 5, 1921 at Fairmont, Nebraska. Emma married Francis Clason after World War II. They lived for over 50 years at San Luis Obispo, California. Francis died in 1999. She worked at a hospital in housekeeping department for a number of years in California. She enjoyed cooking, family visits , and fishing and big game hunting with her husband. She moved to York, Nebraska in 2006. Emma was preceded in death by parents, husband Francis, step-son, Eugene Clason on May 16, 2010. Survivors are: Step-Son; Merle Dean Clason and wife Juanita of Beaver City, Nebraska; Step-Daughter-in-Law; Ruth Clason of Beaver City, Nebraska; Sister: Jessie of Minnesota; 14 Step-Grandchildren; 39 Step-Great-Grandchildren; 33 Step-Great-Great-Grandchildren. Graveside services were at the Hendley Cemetery, Hendley, Ne.
