Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona, Wednesday March 23, 1983, Page 56: Paul O. Dabill, 59, a retired lieutenant colonel in the Army, died March 20, 1983 at Hoover dam. Mr. Dabill, resident of Phoenix for 14 years, was born in Pine River, Minn., and moved to Arizona from Ft. Meade, Md. He was an intelligence officer and served in World War II and the Korean War. Before he retired in 1969, he received the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Nation Defense Service Medal with Oak Leaf cluster, the Meritorious Unit Commendation Medal and the Army Commendation Medal. He is survived by his daughters, Jaqueline Chaney and Carol; sons, Clinton, Elliott and Bradley; two sisters and three brothers; and 13 grandchildren. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. today at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road. Paradise Chapel Funeral Home made arrangements.
