Jerome, May 27---Funeral services will be held at the Presbyterian church here at 2:30 o'clock Friday for Thomas M. Whaley, 52, Jerome rural mail carrier for 20 years, who died at his home Tuesday following illness of about nine months. Services will be conducted by Rev. Walter E. Harman of Twin Falls and Rev. A. E. Martin of Jerome. Interment will be in the Jerome cemetery. The body rests at the Jerome funeral chapel. Mr. Whaley is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lois Whaley; a son, Paul Marion Whaley, and step-daughter Miss Ione Browning of Jerome. He leaves also his brother, Hugh Whaley of Arkansas, sister, Mrs. Grace Odom of Missouri, and a nephew, Connie Whaley of Jerome.
