She was the daughter of Clarence and Maude Burdine. She grew up in the Grandview and Maypearl area and married Johnny Brigman on Jan. 3, 1943. She lived in Fort Worth 31 years before moving to Whitney in 1978. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Whitney. Mrs. Brigman was preceded in death by her three brothers and one sister. Survivors: Husband, Johnny Brigman of Whitney; son, Jerry Wayne Brigman of Joshua; daughter, Vickie Rae Hundemer of Eagle Mountain Lake; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
