District Court jury yesterday informed Judge James M. Carter it could not agree on a verdict. The jury was dismissed. A date will be set later for a new trial in the damage suit brought against San Diego & Arizona Eastern Railway Co. by Mrs. Nellie Mae Tattrie whose husband died two years ago in a motorcycle accident.
