Orvis, 78, by a coroner's jury Tuesday, Bernard B. Bjorkland, 20, Pine City pleaded guilty to chrages of reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident and was fined $200 in justice court. The mishap occurred Sunday on a nearby highway.
