(Special To The Independent) Ironton, O., May 22---Henry Barber of 2441 South Ninth street, this city, father of Garrell Lee Barber of Ashland, died Saturday night. His death followed a heart attack. He was born November 2, 1877 and had been an employee of the Ironton Firebrick company for the past thirty-five years. In addition to his widow, he is survived by the following children: Gartrell, at home, Mrs. Alain Johnson, Ironton, Garrell Lee of Ashland, Gordon, James and Barbara Beatrice, all at home. The following brothers and sister also survive: Edward of South Point, James, Charles, Tom, Cabel, Otto and Jack all of Ashland, Ky., Mrs. Katherine Byrd and Leon Barber of Toledo, O., and Mrs. Emma Belford of Butler, O. The funeral services will probably be conducted Wednesday at the Tracy Brammer Funeral home here. Burial is to be made in the Dixon cemetery at Ashland.
