Obituary from funeral home web site: Jack Hays formerly of Lexington passed away Monday, November 1, 2010. Survivors include his children- Andi Hays, Jack Hays Jr., and Sandy Hays-Summe; his grandchildren- Jake, Lauren & Jessica and his siblings- Pershing Hays, Brenda Hamner, Earl Hays, Juanita Hayes & Joe Hays. May he rest in peace in Heaven, we will miss him very much. Funeral service was held 2:00 PM Monday, November 8, 2010 at the Gray Hawk Reformed Church with Bro. Calvin Hays officiating. Burial followed in the Hays Cemetery in Gray Hawk, KY. Lakes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. www.lakesfuneralhomemckee.com.
