On the 1900 U. S. Census of Rushville Precinct, Sheridan Co., Nebraska, Leonard P. Cumming appears with his wife Charlotte Cumming. They have been married 20 years. Charlotte states she has zero children. Leonard is a farmer.

On the 1910 U. S. Census of Rushville Precinct, Sheridan Co., Nebraska, Leonard P. Cummins appears with his wife Lottie. He is 70 and she is 72. Leonard is a stockman with a stock farm.
