She was born in Cozad, Neb., and had lived in this area 40 years. Ms. Klingbeil was a bookkeeper for the Kranz Construction Co. She was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church. She leaves four daughters, Ms. Sandra Register, Ms. Stephanie Register and Ms. Marsha Register of Kansas City and Mrs. Pamela Herman, Bartlesville, Okla.; four brothers, Karl Klingbeil, Vista, Calif., Jack Klingbeil, Merna, Neb., Willis Klingbeil, Valentine, Neb., and Mike Klingbeil, Broken Bow, Neb.; and a granddaughter. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Floral Hills chapel; burial in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the chapel. The family requests contributions to the church memorial fund.
