Hays, 83, a retired Reformed Church of America minister who had pastored Gray Hawk Reformed Church of America, husband of Janie Bowing Hays, died Sunday at his home after a long illness. Services 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gray Hawk Reformed Church of America. Visitation after 6 p.m. today at Lakes Funeral Home here.
