J., Aug. 17---William Goldfarb of 1437 Highland Avenue, head of a wholesale produce company bearing his name in Newark for nearly forty years, died yesterday at his home at the age of 47. He leaves a widow, Anna Goldfarb; a son, Arthur Goldfarb of Hillside; a daughter, Mrs. Lillian Frenchman of Dyer, Mass.; three brothers, Philip Goldfarb of Newark, Frank Goldfarb of Chicago and Barney Goldfarb of Hillside, and six sisters, Mrs. Molly Becker, Mrs. Lee Miller and Miss Rita Goldfarb of Miami, Fla.; Mrs. Francis Mith [Smith] of Jacksonville, Fla.; Mrs. Jules Magazina and Miss Ethel Goldfarb of Newark.
