April 30 (UPI)--- A 28-year-old construction worker was killed late last night when his car shot off state highway 6 near Preston and flipped over several times. White Pine County Dep. Sheriff Neil Garner said the victim, Wayne A. Kirkpatrick, apparently was speeding on the winding road and failed to make a sharp curve. The car plunged 500 feet off the road. Gardner said Kirkpatrick had just moved to the area and was employed on a highway construction job.
