He was born September 5, 1927 in Megargel. He served in the Army during World War II. He was an oilfirld worker and had lived in Wichita Falls for 10 years. He was a member of the Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sons, John Pastusek of Olney and Kenneth Pastusek of Denton; three daughters, Diane Crenshaw and Susan Hammons, both of Angleton, and Cynthia Bennett of Danbury; one sister Dorothy Wells of Tyler; and five grandchildren.
