Waco Tribune-Herald, Waco, Texas, Sunday, June 10, 2007: Charles Eugene "Bill" Folgeman passed away June 3, 2007, in the Woodlands, Texas. At his request, he was cremated and his ashes will be scattered in an area of West Texas. Bill was born Nov. 29, 1924, in Mart, to Paul Silas Fogleman and Brunner Russell Fogleman. The family moved to Waco shortly after his birth. He attended Waco public schools. Bill was a veteran of World War II and served in the Pacific Theater and occupied Japan. Upon his return from military service, he resided in the Moody, Belton and Killeen areas. He had several occupations and when he retired, he retired from Fort Hood. In 1947, he married Ena Lee McLaughlin, and they had one daughter, Rita Ann. Bill was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Ena of Humble, Texas; his daughter, Rita Fogleman of Porter, Texas; his sister, Helen Juanita Fogleman Crow of Waco; and his only niece, Carol Ann Crow of Waco. November 29, 1924 - June 3, 2007.
