Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Calvert Funeral Home with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. She had graduated from Grenada College. She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution and the Development Foundation of Mississippi State University. She also was a member of McCondy United Methodist Church and had been treasurer of the Tupelo district of United Methodist Women. Mrs. Walley, the widow of J. T. Brand Jr. and Dr. Cecil R. Walley, leaves a son, Jimmy Brand of Prairie; two stepdaughters, Betty Walley Piner of Plano, Texas, and Rosalyn Walley McDade of Clinton; two stepsons, Cecil R. Walley Jr. of Water Valley and Dr. Luther R. Walley of Hot Springs, Ark.; 11 grandchildren and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
