Duluth News Tribune, Tuesday, January 24, 1978, Page D 9: Charles L. Lenroot, 71, Virginia, formerly of Duluth, died Sunday in the Virginia hospital. Born in Duluth, he had lived here for many years prior to moving to Virginia in 1965. He was a pipefitter at U. S. Steel's Minntac plant in Mountain Iron. Surviving are a daughter, June (Joseph) Jeannette, Duluth; three sons, Robert, Chillicothe, Ohio, and Richard and Eugene, Virginia, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services and burial will be in Duluth.
