Wheeler, 84, of 415 California St., died at 7:25 a.m. Sunday in Ravenwood Care Center of complications of age. services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Chapel of Memories West. Burial in the Garden of Memories. Mr. Wheeler was born March 23, 1893 in Peterson. He was the son of Fred and Loyal Dowling Wheeler. He married Eva Harmon at Hartley in 1918 She preceded him in death. He then married Della Anderson in Omaha, Neb., Oct 1, 1928. Survivors are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Doris Smith of Austin, Minn.; a step-son Norman Anderson of 784 Locust St.; three brothers, Lee of Brookings, S. D., Charles of Peterson, and Fred of Chandler; a sister, Mrs. Loyal Slough of Peterson. Friends may call at the funeral home until time of service.
