Medina, 61, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of South Bend, who died Friday in St. Joseph Hospital, Phoenix, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. There will be no visitation. Mrs. Medina was a registered nurse. She was born Feb. 18, 1928, in Flagstaff, Ariz., and lived in South Bend until moving to Phoenix three years ago. She is survived by a son, Jerry, of South Bend.
