Toulon Stark County News, Toulon, Illinois, Friday, December 2, 1898, Page 5, Col. 3: Mrs. Drusilla Thompson, a sister of Lew and Warren Williams and of Mrs. Dorval, all of Toulon, died at the residence of her son at 1416 41st Avenue, Chicago, Sunday, November 20, 1898. The funeral was private, being held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, and the interment taking place at Graceland cemetery. She died of cancer of the stomach, being a great sufferer for a long time. Many of the older settles will remember Mrs. Thompson, she having lived here some thirty odd years ago in a house where Samuel Adams' residence now stands. Mrs. Thompson was 66 years of age at the time of her death.
