It would appear from all the records listed in New Family Search, that this individual almost certainly was born in 1720, and died as a child. I base this idea on the fact that there is an individual, listed as born to the same parents, and of the same name born in the same location in 1722. As it was common in the 17th and 18th century for the name of a child who dies in infancy being "re-used" for a later child, this would appear to be a logical conclusion.
