I, James Prouty, Herin Proclaim My Last Will and Testament. After the payment o all legal debts I desire my property-both Personal and Real be divided as fol
ows First, that William Lawrence, his son Carlton and daughter Nora must have
ne Hundred Dollars each. Secondly, After deducting the above mentioned three h
ndred dollars from the estate the remaining property-shall be divided into nin
equal parts and distributed as follows. One part to my sister Susan Hodges,
ne part to the living children of my brother Ira, one part to the living child
en of my brother Alva, one part to the living children of my brother Luke, one
part to the living children of my brother William, one part to the living chil
ren of my sister Rhoda, one part to the living children of my sister CLara, on
part to the living children of my sister Sally, one part to the living childr
n of my sister Almenia. It is my further request that Arthur Hodges be appoi
