Elizabeth was born near Sparta WI on Jan 12, 1871. She moved with her parents to the Bath SD area in 1881. She married James J Freeman on Dec 25 1888. They farmed near Bath until James died in 1898. She then moved to Aberdeen and later to St Paul MN about 1936. She resided with her daughter Iva Massey until her death on Feb 23, 1957. To this union thre children were born - Charles born July 27, 1892, Iva born Oct 19, 1894 & Roy W born Sept 7, 1896.
