John O'HARA

John enlisted for service in World War I and served as a private in the 6th Battalion of the Royal Irish Fusiliers. He died at Gallipoli. His name is listed on the Helles Memorial (panel 178 to 180), a 30-metre-high obelisk on the tip of the Gallipoli Peninsula that commemorates Commonwealth servicemen who died in the Gallipoli campaign and have no known grave.
