Robert O'HARA

Robert emigrated to England and settled in Wigan in Lancashire where there was work to be had in the coalmines. The 1939 Register tells he was working at the time as a "colliery hewer (below ground)". He and his wife, Amelia, were living at that time at 34 Willow Road, Wigan. At the time of his death in 1971 Robert was living in Fir Grove, Beech Hill, Wigan.
