Edmond's branch of the Mulvihill family includes the Tarbert (Dooncaha and Tarmons), Shronowen, Derry and Dirha lines of the family (Tarbert, Shronowen, Derry and Dirha are all in Co. Kerry), along with the Ballygoughlin (Co. Limerick) line. There are several other branches of the family, such as the Mulvihills of Gortdromasillihy, Moyvane, Co.
