James WOULFE

(PROBABLY 1780S - Abt 1835)

James emigrated to the United States around 1819 and lived in Virginia for several years before moving to Missouri where he purchased land. His death from drowning in the Mississippi River at Natchez was deemed suspicious, apparently, but the exact circumstances were never established. James was unmarried.
