Jeremiah GALVIN

Jeremiah is not listed with his family in the 1901 census. However it is likely he is the Jeremiah Gallivan who is recorded as a student in Killarney, Co. Kerry. He went on to become a priest and worked as a chaplain in the United States Army during World War I. He later lived for a time in the San Francisco area of California before returning to Ireland where he worked in Ballyferriter, Co. Kerry and later in Clonakilty, Co. Cork.
