Nora died at the age of about 93 in Upper Athea at the home of one of her daughters, a Mrs. O'Connor. The name of the informant on Nora's death record was a granddaughter named Mary O'Carroll of Gortnagross, Athea. We do not know if Mrs. O'Connor was Bridget, Mary Anne, Ellie or Norah but we do know that Mrs. O'Connor had a son named Joseph (Joe) who lived in Kilbaha, possibly in the old McMahon home. Joe died in 1915.
