Individual Details

Neither my husband nor I am directly related to Cornelius(?) and the Shine family. There are, however, three connections between the Shines and my family: a great-granddaughter of Cornelius, Mary Foran, married my probable relative Maurice Cunningham in 1901; a great-grandson of Cornelius, Bill Shine, married my relative Mary Ann Kearney in 1913; and a great-great-granddaughter of Daniel's, Ellen Shine, married my relative Tom Sheehan in 1928. In the course of my research into the families of Mary Foran, Mary Ann Kearney and Tom Sheehan, I came across a considerable amount of information on the Shines of Kilbaha, which I have included on this website.
