access to a private beach. He got badly sunburned because they knew nothing about sunburn. He said the sun felt good so he stayed out in it.

with his daughter Louise. According to the Connecticut Death Index (1919-2001) at ancestry.com, he died 30 June 1949 in Cornwall, Litchfield, Connecticut.
