Frank's will lists: Ella E., Clayton J., Roy O., Raymond J., Harma Walters, Florence Hand, Lucy M. Drennan, Koryl B. Merrill, Mildred Shelt.
In his will(Vol 17 pg 94 Fulton Co. records) Frank Merrill willed to his wife the farm on which they lived: 129 acres in Sec 3 T10S, R3E, Fulton Twp. Also makes mention that he has a verbal contarct with son Clayton to buy the SW1/4 Sec, 3 for $3200.00 and that Clayton had paid him $100.00 and had made improvements. However when his father died and the heirs were notified Clayton was listed as resident of St. Petersburg Fla. Ten years has elapsed from Mar 20 1918 when Frank signed the will and July 1928 when the will was probated. Witnesses of the well were J.F.
