Died at home of son Edward. 2 children died in infancy.(I can't tell by my notes of the 2 children that died in infancy hwere his or his son Edward's children) He came to Ohio
at age of 9 with parents. In 1989 iis survived by a sister Mrs. L.D. Boyer.

From abstract of a Fulton Co. Newspaper 1898 pg 5 (found book at OGS) Sept 9- Isaac Springer was born in West Sullivan Maine, on May 22, 1827, and died at the home of his son, Edward Springer, on Sept 4. He came to Ohio with his parents at age 9. He married Mary Vaughn on Christmas Day in 1848, and became the father of 6 children, 2 of whom died in infancy. Survivors include his widow and children: Edward Springer; Mrs. Alice Handy of Wauseon; Mrs. Ida Taft of DesMoines, Iowa; Mamie Massette of New York City. A sister, Mrs. L.D. Boyer of Swanton, also survives.
