Morvern, Argyllshire, Scotland Note 2: Barbara Ann Milligan's mother Marguarit (Margaret) McDougald (MacDougall) was the daughter of Duncan MacDougall and Barbara Stewart of Malpeque. Margaret MacDougall was the sister of Mrs. John MacLean Jr (Sarah MacDougall 1842-1909), Father Archibald MacDougall, and Mrs. Robert England Sr. Alexander Milligan and five brothers came with their parents from the Scottish Lowlands and settled in St Eleanor's, P.E.I. where they were ship builders. Alexander moved his family to Lower Brae about 1860. BH Pp 162.
