Charles Henry Paine 'Harry'
(13 Feb 1788 - 5 Apr 1859)
Served in the War of 1812. He moved to Portage County, Ohio after his marriage and lived there and farmed for a time, they then returned to Lake County untill 1835, they moved to Porter County, Indiana for a year and from there to Warren County, Illinois. They came to Sumner township in 1836 with five children. This information comes from the Warren County Portrait and Biographical Album. The family lived in Warren County until his death.
