Individual Details
Mary Carlisle
(20 Jul 1674 - Apr 1744)
Mary had black hair, leading some researchers to believe she was American Indian. She was not. She was descended from French Huguenots. She had either a brother or a nephew, Abraham Carlisle, who was taken to Philadelphia and hung as a spy by the Patriot Authorities.
