Henry Gubb, a "MillWright" and wife Eve let Henry Freiley, a planter - all of Rowan Co., NC- have 200 acres crossing South Fork of Crain Creek including the mill and damnext to Henry Agner, for 5 shillings (on June10 and 140 pounds on the next day), witnessedby John Lewis Beard and James Carter and proved in October 1763.

The marriage articles of Henry Fraley, a planter, to Catharine Charles. They are shortly to be married and he gives bond to Conrad Kearnn and Conrad Michael, 20 pounds in trust to be placed out at interest for Catharine the daughter of above Catharine, until she arrives at the age of 18 years or is married - also 2 heifers (1 two years old and the other a yearling calf). Then Henry Fraley may settle 20 pounds on his children when he marries and sees fit. After Catharine's mother dies, however, she must have her clothes being the only daughter. Both Henry Fraley and Catharine Charles seem to have children and the bond of 300 pounds proclamation money is proved in January court of 1765, witnessed by Daniel Little and William Harrison

Henry Frailey a yeoman (and dutchman) makes Esq. Daniel Little of Salisbury, N. C. his attorney to convey to his son, Jacob Frailey in fee simple by lease and release or any other way, all the land owned by said Henry Akender, witnessed by Thomas Miller, John Lewis Beard, William Temple Coles and John Dunn and proved by the last named in March 16, 1772. (This is done on account of a certain action pending between Henry Frailey and Henry Grub in Superior Court of Salisbury until it be decided and is all the land which Esq. Henry Eustace McCulloh let Henry Grub have who let said Henry Frailey have it June 11, 1763).
