I stopped by Riverside Cemetery in Denver this morning. Jacob Engl is buried next to George and Anna. He died on August 22, 1866. He was aged 14 years, 2 months and 4 days. According to my calculation he was born October 26, 1852. There is no birth date on his stone.
I wonder if he was born in Germany. I thought that George came to Gulch Lake in 1858.
I enjoyed our visit last week.
