CARLYSS: Funeral services for Mrs. A.J. (Jeannette) Hoffpauir, 70, of Sulphur, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 27, from St. Theresa Catholic Church. The Rev. Francis Fitzsimmons will officiate. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Sulphur under the direction of Robison Funeral Home of Sulphur. Visitation is 3-10 p.m. today, with a rosary at 6 p.m.; and from 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. Mrs. Hoffpauir died Sunday, June 25, 2000, in a Sulphur hospital. She was an employee of the Calcasieu Parish School Board. In 1990, she retired as assistant principal of Vinton Northside Middle School. She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, A.J. Hoffpauir of Choupique; one daughter, Mrs. Steve (Janice) Kounter of Choupique; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
