Obituary: Graveside services will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery at 3:00 pm, October 18, 2021, for Eddie L. Hall, 98, who passed away at St. Joseph Carpenter House in Lafayette on October 16, 2021. He is survived by two sons, Richard Hall and his wife Arlene of Crowley, and Mark Hall and his wife Patricia of Elton; and one granddaughter, Monique Hall-Romero and her husband Louis "Buddha". Mr. Eddie was born October 14, 1923, in Mineola, TX. He enlisted in the United States Army during World War II in 1943 and was honorably discharged. He began his career in the feed business at Jo-Mill Feed Store and eventually started his own Hall's Feed and Seed Store, Inc. until retirement. Mr. Hall was an avid fisherman, loved tending horses, and rode his motorcycle until the age of 90. He was a founding member of the Crowley First Church of the Nazarene. Mr. Hall is preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Hoffpauir Hall; his parents, George and Una Tatum Hall; and three siblings, Bill Hall, Ruth McAdams, Dorothy Lyons.
