Obituary: Selby Gregory Martello - Owner of Martello Electric Co. and a native of Baton Rouge, he died at 5 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, 2007, at his home in Denham Springs. He was 65 and a U.S. Navy veteran. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Hoffpauir Martello; two daughters, Tanya Beall and Alicia Baughman; three granddaughters, Katelyn, Ashlyn and Madelyn Baughman; a grandson, Cameron Beall; and a brother, Michael Martello. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul R. Martello Sr. and Rosalie Donagricha Martello; and two brothers, Ned J. Martello and Paul R. Martello Jr. Memorial services will be held after Jan. 1, 2008. Family and friends will be notified.
