Burial
Obituary: Funeral services for Glenn Kenneth Roach, 82, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas with Rev. Harold Isaacs officiating. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2016 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas. Mr. Roach was born on December 19, 1933 in Palestine, Texas to parents, Ulysses Glenn Roach and Vivian Jewel (McGlaun) Roach, and passed away on November, 16, 2016 in Livingston, Texas. During his life, he attended Palestine High School. After graduation, he attended Lon Morris Junior College and then Lamar University in Beaumont. He was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Livingston. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patircia Hoffpauir Roach; and brothers, Selby Roach and Earl Roach. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Gary Johnson of Gatesville, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, David and Joan Roach of Pasadena, Texas; grandson, Garrett Johnson and wife, Emily of Gatesville, Texas; granddaughter, Glynna Johnson of Gatesville, Texas; granddaughter, Alex Roach of Pasadena, Texas; grandson, Hunter Roach of Pasadena, Texas; great-granddaughter, Hadley Grace Johnson of Gatesville, Texas; a great-grandson arriving in late December; beloved dog, Bella; and numerous other relatives and friends.
