The saga continues as to the parents of Michelle Aucoin were. Unfortunately, some books have been written that incorrectly tie her to Martin Aucoin and Marie Sallé. The fact of the matter is that Martin Aucoin and Marie Sallé had only two children: Jean and Martin who married Marie Gaudet. The parents of Michelle Aucoin and her sister Jeanne Aucoin are UNKNOWN. If anybody tells you otherwise and if they have books that list all kinds of children for them, tell them it is a really bad source and to throw the books away . That Marie Sallé married a Jean-Claude Landry when her husband Martin died is a great big myth forever perpetuated by the Internet. Marie married a Jean CLAUDE not a Jean Claude Landry.
