Burial
Obituary: A requiem mass was celebrated at 9 am Saturday in the St Mary Magdalen Catholic church in Abbeville for Otto Langlinais, 67 who died at 6 30 p m. Thursday in the Palms hospital in Abbeville. Burial was in the New Catholic cemetery at Abbeville under the direction of the First National funeral home of Abbeville. Mr Langlinais was a former officer of the Abbeville police force, employee of the Texas Co, and a veteran of World War I. Survivors include his wife, the former Celinia Vincent, four brothers. Elles Langlinais of Leroy, and Beo, Paul and Luke Langlinais, all of Abbeville, five sisters, Mrs J J LeBlanc, Mrs David Frank, Mrs John L Corcoran, and the Misses Nina and Mae Langlinais, all of Abbeville.Endnotes
