Burial
Obituary: Homer Landry, 66 years, two months, and twenty six days old, died at 9:30 o'clock Wednesday night after a long illness. The funeral was held at six o'clock this Thursday afternoon, with services at the cathedral. Mr. Landry was a native of Lafayette Parish in that section known as Landry's Switch. He died at his home surrounded by his loved ones. In his younger days Me. Landry was a successful farmer. He is survived by his widow, a son, W. H. Landry, and three daughters, Mrs. (Dr.) C. K Olivier, Mrs. R. E. Moody of New Orleans, and Mrs. Leonce Larriviere, of Broussard. The Advertiser joins with the friends of the family in extending its sympathies.Occupation
